What could the other skills be for the other classes? Unfortunately most of the discussion to date has not been intelligible to me, so I don't know if *inventing* skills or *modifying* skills is in-scope, or only *grafting* skills from another class (i.e. what happens when you cube your 45th doll in a Necro's puppenkeiste... what skill do you get? If this is the scope of the question, the answers will be very different from the *modifying existing skills* scope).
Necro:
Invent: a Remove Curse curse that the necro can cast on his own party/minions, a counter to Iron Maiden when cast on the party by monsters.
Modify: Give Bone Spear/spirit the venom of that necro's own Poison Dagger. This way the bone spear/spirit spells have an effect on magic-immune monsters (Lava Maws).
Graft: Enchant (and make Enchanted Skellies/Revives change color so I can tell that I've got them all)
Graft: Let Necro open locked boxes like Assassin; they've always got a skeleton key, no?^^
Amazon:
Invent: Gamble arrows/bolts, charsi repairs re-loads quivers.
Modify: Make Valk not dependent on dodge/evade/avoid, but boosted by them and by Jab/Impale/Fend
Graft: Dim Vision
Sorc:
Invent: Multiple Images or Stone Skin (borrowed from ancient AD&D)
Modify: Masteries give resistance to the element mastered.
Graft: Vengeance (boosted by masteries)
Assassin:
Invent: Never sets off traps, can attack and destroy traps... if we can open *any* lock, we should be able to defeat any silly trap.
Modify: Make Shadow Master skills selectable (so if my traps are powerful, I can make SM not throw traps; and/or make SM not use Mind Blast)
Modify: Allow party members to attack mind-blast converts (the *monster* is confused, *we* aren't... I think... or are we?^^)
Graft: Throwing Mastery (affects Blade Fury)
Paladin:
Invent: Aura Of Fear (like Grim Ward?)
Modify: Add weapon damage to Fist Of The Heavens
Graft: Blade Fury and/or Venom.
Barbarian:
Invent: Dagger Mastery (or cover daggers under sword mastery)
Modify: High level shouts NOT overridden by lower level shouts (Enchant is this way already). Monsters 'cursed' by shouts not re-cursed by Necro curses.
Modify: Taunt overrides Sanctuary, Sanctuary does not affect Taunted monsters.
Modify: War Cry acts like Mind Blast (but only the monster is confused, if possible)
Graft: Mind Blast (damage all, stun most, convert some, hope we can attack converts)
