why have a mysterious scroll in Ce if it doesnt do anythin?? but.....if it does, can u plz tell me what it does, so plz reply..i'd appreciate it alot

They don't du anything anymore. They are relicts of earlier versions. But in case of their mysteriousness they won't stop dropping

I think it is nothing u have to care about, just ignore or sell them
