Were do I find 7.60E?

Ok i know i ask this every time :BangHead:, but were o were can i download 7.60E? I looked in downloads but i could not find it.

oh
did i already say, that sometimes i change filenames, cause i like to see people being frustrated to laod something else what say wanted..thats the reason for names being really clearly...
