Chaos Empire Logo / Font contest

Hi all,

after a first try, I will make it more interesting for you to invest your time.

I m looking for a Logo for Chaos Empire, best would be a created TrueType Font(or a found FREE one)

It must be usable on black and white backgrounds, so ORANGE is the main color, like in a fire

The first idea of using lighning flashes (in form of fired letters) was a nice idea...probably a orange based fire, with ornage OR bue lightnings...for a logo..best as font..

The winner will get a COMPLETE uberitem/soulstone equipment

Cause of resizeability, dont use only jpg, or bmp ...best will be a vector based pic(with transparent background)
and...still...if you find or create a CE font...let me know...

All results must be free of copyright, costs and so on!


Yesterday I discussed with a friend the meaning of Chaos Empire

So I will try to explain the result

Chaos: For many people a bad thing, something what will destroy, but for me it is something really positive
The universum has started in Chaos, so it was born by it, chaos is something creating new things, so it has to express something really strong, powerfull, creative, innovative...this direction

Empire: My home is my castle  Empire is a symbol for something stable, a base line, also its my HOME, and also YOUR home, so it stands for the stability, for the family feeling in the community, a warm, friendly feeling,

So it should look a little bit older in letters for the Empire, but also creative and powerfull for the Chaos,...
Both controvers sides?, I dont think so, it describes very well myself...2 sides of a story, mixed up in a good balance to something really good ;P

Probably this will help you, on the way to create/find a nice font, describing this both words in optical letters

So not to strict letters like in arial ..not to rounded, looking a little bit old, well known, but also innovative, chaotic(without being unreadable in a long text)
and btw...the font must contain all letters, symbols and so on (bets would be also with german Umaluts, but this is not a must have)

I think, such a font, does not need really much background animation to look very powerfull..(btw yesterday I searched around 1000 fonts...some have looked nice, but mostly hav not been nice, after converting a longer text into it)

Is it okay if the Logo is just in 1024*768 ?
This would make almost every Logo-Size possible.

for a screenshot it makes no difference...
the original must be on a format which is scalable without loosing any informationso jpg, gif for original is not the right choice)

Hmmm... if i make a pic like that it will look like batman mixed with lord of the ring films....  :-Þ

But i will give it a try.

with two diffrent text type ( a little old stony and BOOM style ) there will be HARD to get any balance without background :-/

in irfanview kann man in den plugin einstellungen uebrigens den Demo Text gegen Chaos Empire austauschen :)

waere sinnvoll gewesen, warum du menst das schriftart x deiner meinung nach meine vorstellungen erfüllt...

Sie ist mal hier nen bißchen zu groß da noch nicht ganz fertig, aber man kann sie trotzdem gut lesen

Passt halt zu Chaos (damit bist nicht du gemeint Choas  :) ) finde ich

Wie du schon sagtest für viele ist Chaos böse oder so aber es hat auch seine "schönen" Seiten
