Topic: New Portal

I have just installed version 7.55 and everything is looking fine.
I just killed one of those big razor bear things and a portal opened up to 'no level'.
Anyone have any idea where this is or is it like the cow level (secret).

Also is the stash in the same place (Act 2) or is there one is act 1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Other than that it is still excellent.

this are features of the game

the level is a test-lvl.

there are more stashes in a1-ce, then in a1-lod, just find them.
but they are not in town, one is very near to the death and the other one is at an ass^^

hi, that portal to the no name level takes you to the crypt, it is very big and full of monsters, also you can get a lot of good stuff from the drops there.

sometimes yes, but not always, but bear in mind it is a very big field, so there are a lot of monsters, normal chests (not gold), and hidden stashes, but be careful as i am level 62 assassin and i was killed a few times in there through not being careful and watching my health

in wich grade you were when u were kileld with yxour assasin?

The portal does not always open, I've had *two* open in the same game.

Monster drops indicate the area is "level 33" (more or less by a little), so a level 6x assassin should handle the area quite well.

It isn't quite that simple. Sometimes those areas have no actual enemies in them at all (I've had the area spawn filled with stationary, pointless 'evil forces' represented by various D2 and Starcraft client characters...some were even 'champions' but neither attacked nor could be attacked), sometimes those areas have enemies like the lower levels of the Dungeons (enemies in the high 50s-low 60s). If you got creamed, then you probably ran into it with one of those configurations.
If you luck out and get a monster free level, you can raid the various chests and stashes for level 30 something drops.

It not seems, but it IS that we are(at least i am) playing 7.55 and actualy got this portal open. That level is one BIG square shaped level full of non-diablo2 monsters. There are some evil forces which doesent move, doesent attack and you cant kill them.
I dont realy know purpose of this level "crypt".

do you have first version of 755?
in map it shows 751?

the 755 will show chat1 -14 instead of evil forces

Yea my map shows its 7.51. So there is already newer one?

the 755 with map visible 751 was only online for >24hours

Then I changed the ce.dll in this package, and fixed 3 dispaly errors (holyhandgrenade chat1-14 and 751 is now 755)

every patch coming out, will be only for the newer one, cause in other case i need to make 2 different packages each time..
