Where can i find a black key?

I wanna do some norm cow runs with my pally.  However, i need the key to open the portal.  Last time i played this the key almost always dropped from the dclone, who was always in the a1 catacombs (lvl 4).  Hes not there anymore, and i cant find him.

I checked the sinners cavern, the seven, and even all those "portals to hell" in a5 (i think i checked all of them).  I never came across him questing.  So where is he?

Dclone is one of those lava caves in act5

Meaning: He CAN be there, but he doesn't HAVE TO BE there?

Meaning he sometimes is elsewhere, or that he sometimes isn't anywhere in the game?

(My recollection of DClone comes from Battle.Net 1.10 where the "Diablo Walks The Earth" message must appear before DClone can be found anywhere in the game; and then he appeared at the first super-unique you visited after "the event" that you hadn't yet spawned.)

its possible that he isnt in no one of the caves.

I think here should be also mentioned that there are two DCs. One who can be in one of this three caves and one who spawns at a unique monsters place (only hell) at a world event. This can be faster reached by selling SoJs (only the normal ones with +1 skill). In SP the counter increments every xx mins,

Edit: You can only use the recipe KEY+TP-Role in the camp in Akt1

it should also be mentioned that the black key ONLY works in the difficulty u got it (to open cow portal). if you get a black key from normal you won't be able to open cow with it in nm.
