2 Questions

Hi,  :clap:

1) someone told me that the "war cry" skill  is good for barb but how?
   in it's 21-st level it causes about 600 damage (and 600 magic damage)
   u can't kill anyone with this in hell.

2) how is it possible for me  :sword_rune:
   (level 93 barb,v7.51,hell,second act) if i play alone
   to kill monsters like the Butcher,King Leoric,any clone of Diablo
   (like the one i met in the Maggot Lair)?
   i have prrety good physical and magic damage (almost no elemental)  but
   i can't do anything to them! their life indicator is not moving!  :wallbash:
   and even if it does,in a second they're cured.

  suggestions,anyone?

you must skill the synergien to become more damage

what is it?  :blink:

synergien are the energies that boost up the power. e.g. : Sorceress uses Meteor. She also skills Fireball and Firebolt because it gives synergien to that skill. It boost this Skill. If you wouldn't skill it out, your Fire Damage would not be THAT great. So you ahve to look which skill gives Power to the skill you use.

Maybe I can help you, if you tell me, what Skill you mostly use as Main attack.

i use Consentrate as my main attack
Whirlwind as secondary (Berserk when needed - immune to Physical).
Battle Orders and Battle Command constantly.

"synergien" is german. that's why u dont know it *g*. Maby the word "Synergy" or "Synergies" help u more...

*e* i think with 93 you cant start skilling a complete new type/char-type (=Warcry barb) because this skill needs loads of synergies so if you want to have a powerful-cryer you'll have to make a new char... hf ;)

But I'll give it a try:

first at all: Synergys to Concentrate
Concentrate only gets Bonus to attack rating. It gets 5 % more AR for a point in Bash and Stun.

the next one is Whirlwind[/u]:
There are no synergies avaible.


The last one is: Berserk[/u]

For every Point in Whirlwind, Frenzy and Concentrate you get 1 % Magic Damage more.  

The last idea i have is: skill out the mastery of your weapon. This may give you some power. If you use a sword or swords skill Sword Mastery 'til it's full. but if you use axes skill the axe mastery.



I hope that the synergies are right. I don't know if the skill receives the Bonus's from the skills that are listed below the skills.

my sword mastery and whirlwind are full,berserk -26 level...
but you are right,at my level it doesn't matter anymore
i can't really change something...
i guess i'll just have to bypass these guys and
make a new char if want to kill them...
i can handle all the quest and act bosses  :bash: ,
i just don't like to run from someone...  :thumbdown:

Do you really understand the synergies?
You written down the bonuses that the skills give to other skills.
If Reign of Fire wants to push his dam he should put points in the skills which stands under the skill he uses.
If he uses Concentrate he should skill Battle Orders and Bash to increase his damage. Berserk is a synergy too, but it only converts physical into magic damage.
To make Whirlwind more powerful he should skill Leap Attack, it gives a bonus of 20% damage per invested skillpoint!

How in God's name can I kill King Leoric without getting my backside handed to me on a silver platter??  I've died 9 times already, and haven't even been able to get off a shot (or melee hit) yet. 

By the way, I'm playing at normal level and am currently at level 19 Barbarian.

Dont even try Leoric untill you have at least killed the big D.  Maybe even wait untill you have beaten Baal.

Just to explain why Leoric seems to be a bit misplaced concerning strength: King Leoric and the Butcher in CE are there to resemble their counterparts in Diablo 1. In Diablo 1 both of them could be really hard (sometimes impossible) to beat when you first met them and in CE there are several things that are similar to Diablo 1/Hellfire.
