2. thats right, its called GubbelGubbel and gives 5million exp
3. rare charm + magic jewel = rare jewel

I was told it was only the 'ancient diablo' at the bottom of the dungeons in hell
difficulty that could drop it, and that he sometimes would drop one of the uber
uniques instead.
