then your d2 installation is corrupt, do a complete reinstall in a new folder

i got thsi error too, u dont have patch 1.10 installed

I have a same problem but a different error using the 7.50 installer. I'm sure i have the 1.10 patch installed.

mine says Missing d2customtbl.ce when i click on it, and when i check my diablo 2 foler (c:\program files\diablo II\) it was there.

did you deacticate the before update ?

if not delete d2customtbl.dll in your d2 folder
