Okay to start off I'm not sure how many of you actually speak English, but this is worth a try, plus I do not speak a word of German.

Before to sign onto Chaos Empire I had been using the CCC server, but then yesterday for some reason I accidentally uninstalled my Diablo 2. When I reinstalled it onto my computer when I tried to log onto CCC it would say that my password for my account was wrong. When I tried to create a new account it would say the same thing and I would not be able to create a new account. Could you please help me?

P.S. Don't get mad at me and tell me to go read the other forum because I am not able to read german, I took spanish in high school.

you never have had an account on CCC

I think you played on D2Maniacs before...
CE doesnt run longer on D2M

You have to possibilities

Play older, stable version 7.49 on JenWorld (see your gateway list after installing CE)

or play working version 7.49e+ (E plus an addon) on CCC, this means be actual, but more downloads, sometimes a rebalanicng of features and so on

To play on Jenworld, log on there, make an account..play

For CCC you must make an "about me" entry in sticky thread of fun forum (Wer wohnt...) and after this eMail me the link via PM
Then I create an account for you
