Topic: Changes from 7.61? Documents out of date?

Hi.  I'm picking up this mode after being away from Diablo for a few years.  I had a few questions.

What are the major differences between 7.61 and 7.69?
Where is BloodRaven?
Why are the burial grounds empty (of monsters)?
The stash used to be in the burial grounds.  Where is it now?

Are these indicators that I didn't do a proper install?  I followed the instructions in the Installation FAQ.
1) Install Diablo 2
2) Install Diablo 2 LOD
3) Install 1.11b patch (v 1.07 through 1.11b were said to be ok)
4) Install 769.exe

I tried searching through the readme files, but they all seem to reference version 7.55.  Are there more up to date versions of the readme that I'm not seeing.

EDIT:  Oh, found the stash.  It was moved from the upper portion of the burial grounds to the center.  Still no Blood Raven.

Thanks.  Seems like there are a lot of "gotchas" this time around.  I.e. don't do this before doing that but only after doing a third thing, otherwise you won't be able to complete a quest.  Sounds like a lot of holes to fall in.

Also didn't see any updates to cube recipes.  Are these (http://chaosempire.eu/d2items/index.php?action=cube) up to date?  I noticed that 1 full egg only gives 1 random charm.  The multi-egg -> doll seems to be removed from the version I was used to.  I guess full eggs aren't really worth picking up now?  Looks like the only way to get a doll is with half shells and "souls".  Haven't found any of those yet.

EDIT:  Never mind on the egg thing.  I just converted over all 20 I had just to get rid of them.  I guess I just happened to get a charm on the first 4 I did and I thought you always got a charm.

upper and lower half of eggs will give directly a doll, also collecting souls will directly give dolls
eggs can have 1 of 7 classes...one is doll, another is nice potions...and some are crap potions...
