When I log on I try to 'Create New Account' and it says that the name all ready exists no matter what I put in.

That isn´t a bug. Its a feature. ;)

You can´t create a new account in Game. You have to create the account by clicking on the chat-button here in the forum. Read the instructions below the chat window.

Yes much thanks. I figured it out a little prior. It just prevents from having multiple accounts. I had forgotten my old one but I have it back now. thanks

and its always better to ask the admin, if problems wioth old acc...cause in any other case you violate the tos, and will get banned..so betterask if thereis an issue(and you cant find any hintin the post in inhabitant)
