Help w/ making a account

Hi my friend is trying to make a account on CE Europe but it says his name is taken O_O!

U now have to use the Chat button in Forum and follow the instructions under the Chat window.

TY we r trying to do that now but it tells him the same thing when he try's 2 log in :{
