Feedback:
i realllyyyy dont like how hard it is to block in this new patch. needing SO much dex to get 75% block makes it prety much impossible for characters like the sorceress. i think this should REALLY be changed! if you want max block to be harder dont make it so hard..

if 200 dex = 75% block in the old patches, now make that be 65% block, or maybe even 60%. not 25%! the penalty is just WAY too high!

Rückgespräch:  I realllyyyy mögen nicht, wie stark es in diesem neuen Flecken blockieren soll, der SOVIEL dex benötigt, 75%-Blockmarken es zu erhalten prety viel unmögliches für Buchstaben wie den Sorceress.  ich denke, daß dieses WIRKLICH geändert werden sollte!  wenn Sie maximalen Block härter sein wünschen, bilden Sie ihn nicht so hart.  wenn dex 200 = der 75%-Block in den alten Flecken, jetzt bilden, daß der 65%-Block oder möglicherweise seien Sie, 60%, nicht 25% glätten Sie!  die Strafe ist die gerade hohe WEISE zu!

i realise it was a feature, but i think its been taken too far. its too hard for a sorc to get ANY block at all. 20-30% is just too low.

i dont know how the same feature plays out for a barb or other char but it just seems to me that block is such a needed part of a character that to make it nearly impossible to block is unfair.

Caused of the high defense combined with high and easy reachable blockrates it has been too easy last ladder for higher level chars.
Remember that its very easy to get high runes.
If you run through hell dungeons without taking damage you`ll be bored like playing a Game in god mode.
We all have the same problems with blockrate .)

i havnt had a chance to try but a friend has a lvl 92 sorc with 260 dex and he has 30% block with a stormshield!

Yes, that is me. w/ stormshield and 260 dex I have about 35% chance to block. I dont know what the deal is, but I feel like I wasted dex now.

its no problem to use a shield at the 2. weaponslot that gives you holy shield. that increases your block chance, that you dont have to set more than 240 dex at lvl 93 to have maxblock.

i have ( sry 4 my bad eglish) with my sor 10% has less than other chars an 10 % br.

i must drink 4 moor dex-eixiers.

you can use this shield in the 2. slot, cast hs and switch to 1 slot with storm.

my sorc has with lvl 93, 295 dex and +18% increased chance to block, 30% blocking. with castet hs i have 75% block, and i have 24 dex to much. it s no problem to get maxblock with your sorc.

another reason for that shield is, that you block with 2 frames and not with 7 or 8 frames.

U may also use CTA in that Slot, so u have BO in that Slot too.

do you read the whole thread? i dont think so. just use a shield that give you holy shield and you dont need much dex 4 block.
