Yet Another Error Message

My question is simple, what is this error, and what causes it?

(Could someone droping alot of gold on to the ground, in piles of 1 each, cause this error and make D2 Crash? because thats what i think happend)

it means, that for example a necro with much minions tried to enter a place where to less space have been, or that item will drop but cant drop, cause of to many other drops...i do not know exactly but this seems the best interpretation of this error

so basicly items or minions drop /are summoned, into an area, where they can not fit? ;)

is it the game  itself that has an error?( not being able to calculate where the item / minion goes?)

or...

is it a graphical error? (like your graphics card not being able to calculate and display where they are?)

(if it is not appearent, it was not me that droped items/summoned minions, i guess i got the error from someone else doing so...)

Would dropping the gold or summoning the minions cause the person that is doing so to Crash? or just people that join? (if its a graphical error it most likely varies system to system, but if it is a error with D2 itself...)
