Does anyone know a method to change the game's language from spanish to english??

It's too damn annoying not know the english names of the areas/quests/items when talking to others in bnet.

Try
start -> programms -> chaos empire -> start chaos empire in english

or
type " -direct" in the adressfield of ur shortcut (eg c:/diabloII/diabloII.exe -direct)
