Heh, instead of creating different topics, im gonna ask my questions here...

What do you use dolls for more then create horrible amulets that sucks your life and creating elite, exceptional items and unique's  ?

And by the way... Thanks for all your help, and ChaosEnergy for creating this wonderful mod :)

Like you can read in the readme.htm you can use dolls for:

1. put it in the Dollstash (created by Wirts Leg and two Horadric Scrolls) which gives you additional skills, i.e. Find Potion.

2. the seven character dolls (Amazon etc) together in the cube gives you three books of wisdom, each one gives a char of your chioce 5 mio. exp

3. the Ghost doll can be used to make items etheral.

4. the Moderator doll can be used to upgrade a existing item from normal to exeptional or from exeptional to elite. The stats of the item stay the same. But the levelrequierment rised by 5/7 or 12 levels.

5. the Suicie Minion doll gives you the possibility to clear the sockets of each item, the content of the sockets you get back, too. But if you have a tempered item (darkgreen color) then it could be that your bonus from the tempered will get lost.

6. The other dolls from the hellforgequest at act 4 can mostly used to cube additional skills to your teddy. A list of what doll is for which skill you can find here at the forum under the section archiv-version history.

7. creating special items like you have already seen.

Im trying to change a normal Pike (NON-magic/rare/unique/set) into exceptional, i tried putting in a moderator doll, a heart, a perfect amethyst and the pike into cube, and hit transmute... Nothing happened? did i do something wrong ?

The recipe has changed.

You only have to put the mod doll and the item you want to upgrade in the cube. Bodyparts and Gems are not needed anymore.
