I made a warpike from that Pike i had, and tried putting in 12 p. skulls for 6 sockets, but after cubing i got 4 sockets, did i do something wrong again? O_o

The maximum number of sockets a item can get depends on the itemlevel, i think that the itemlevel of your pike wasn´t high enough to get 6 sockets.

btw. you know that you can use all perfect gems, not only perfect skulls, to make sockets in items?

I don´t exactly know what itemlevel the pike must have to get 6 sockets, but 4 sockets have a minimum of itemlevel 55.

Ah, I see... The item level of my pike was 27, but got only 4 sockets... How do i increase item level? Finding the item at a higher level, or?

You can cube it with two magic (blue) charms oder one rare (charm) to raise the itemlevel, and the item gets magical or rare quality and new stats, depending on what charms you use :(

You can raise the itemlevel too, by cubing the item with a healing potion, then you get a superior normal (white) weapon or with a mana potion, then you get a etheral item (grey).

But in any of these ways, you will loose the stats of your actuall item, i think this won´t help you. :(

The only other way to get it with higher itemlevel is to find, gamble or buy it in higher charlevels or higher monsterlevels.
