k i used to know the recipe for crafting a flail then making a hoto out of it but did they change it ? can some one tell me how to craft it and is it possible to do this with a cta?
In all my travels i have seen neither a vision or heard a secret that will damn my soul and at over 400 years i believe my self to be the oldest living vampire        -interview with a vampire-

hi,

to craft such a flail you need: 1 ral-rune, 1 io-rune, 1 nef-rune and 1 ko-rune + a blue (magic) flail.
cube these items and a crafted flail will be the result and yes, its possible to socket a runeword in a crafted item.

it doesn't matter which rarity the flail has... it could also be a unique one or a crafted one...
