Topic: Mind Blast bug?

I read in the "welcome" sticky (I think) that you're not supposed to use mind blast in Act2 when you play on the CE realms. Is this because there is some terrible bug associated with the skill, or does it make too much lag? Is Mind blast okay to use in single player?

When you use mindblast in act2 you create heavy lags. In singleplayer you can use it everywhere.
