convert to 7.56?

I thought I had run the 7.56 upgrade, but i just noticed the button that says "convert to 7.56".  I just got my stash buttons back, and I dont want to lose them again.  What happens if I click this button.







So, here it is hours later, and no responce to this post.  Is this a question that has already been answered somwhere else?
Help me out here?
