how to get on realm

hi i´m from austria so my english is bad :/

i have installed ce and i have the realm chaos empire , but: if i want to creat a new acc he always say the name is already exist (but thats wrong). i took names like :rewhrahj

and hesay the acc is already exist-.-

the second problem:
i user ce aktivator but after that i cant start d2 (ce) .. whats wrong)

habe nichts gefunden...
also schon einige sachen aber wenn ich die mache geht es trotzdem nicht (nun kommt die meldung d2launch.dll fehlt)

da wirste neu installen müssen: erst ce deinactivaten, dann deinstall und install

ja wollt ich grade nur nachdem ich ce deaktiviert habe, startete sich mein d2 laufwerk, es kamen komische geräusche, pc abgestürzt und nun sagt er beim installiern legen sie die expansions cd ein obwohl sie drinnen is!
