Thx for those who will help me.

Few days before my friend told me that annihilis is best drop is from Diablo you can get.So I start playing and start killing Diablo with different charaters with hope that I will get it.But later on I am confused that which diablo will give me annihilis.

1. diablo in river of flame act 4
2. diablo in arreat plateau act 5
3 ancient diablo in hell caves act 5.

charms cannot be gambled so I wish that I could find it.
Also I don't know how many diablos is in there.

ani drops only by the clone in act 5 .(3 places where u can find him). also the ani drops in wst .

in act5 there are 3 red portals (frigid highlands, arreat plateau and frozen thundra), most of the time diablo is in ONE of them


your friend was right, this diablo allways drops a new anni (up to 5 skills), but he also drops 2 drinks, sometimes with farnahms (+1 skills) or odgens (8 stat points)

i got several annhis(3) in travincal from council in hell...and i remember having read somewhere that stashes in hell from a certain act (3,4,5?) can contain that annhi too
and dclone from wordevent drops several annhis too...

well thx for that nice info.
Is there any requirement for this charm to get it.I mean i have killed this diablo several time in normal but i don't get it.Is it dropped in hell only.I have lots of characters in level between 30-65 but still i don't have annihilis.

The Anni can only be dropped in hell, because his itemlevel is very high.
