Glitch in Catacombos/TP?

Hey.. I was running with my friend through catacombs (He was protecting me.) We Couldnt figure out how to get past one spot, so i gave him an item to teleport with.. he tried, the teleport wouldnt work (Still not sure why. ) So he Tp'ed out, dropped the stick and tried to come back in.. and the game auto-dropped him.. He keeps trying, closed d2, rebooted comp etc.. he cant get into any TP i make.. Why??

you can only take tps if you have maked all quests before

and in some areas there is a teleport-block (rushprotection, as chaos said)

in each act you have to solve the quests before you can get through tps in higher areas..

Weird.. You should institute something on levels in there, too. Because it was my level 60 friend who couldn't get into the catacombos TP.. I could take them fine, I guess he missed a quest somewhere.

in act1 you need quests 1,2,3 and 4 to be able to get into tps in catacombs
