Topic: recharging arrows

is there a way to recharge rare and magic arrows? or once you use low are do yo ujust have to use them up and find new ones?

You can sell them to a npc who does not sell arrows and has room for more stuff in the trade window.  The npc's who sell potions are good ones to check out.  Just be sure there is room in the window for your arrows or they will dissapear.  You can then buy them back fully charged.  Beware of selling them in Horrogoth, there inventorys are usuall full and they dissapear.
