Act3 lr cube quest glitch

Well, ive got brain - heart - eye - flail - you. Now i went to search for NEED - FOUR. For some reason i CANNOT pick them up, it says its impossible, the thing is, i did the whole act3 on other game, alone, and let after killing travincal, now i went for a new game to search for both words and cant pick them up.


Would like to know what happened and what can i do to fix. Thanks.

you got them allreedy  in inventory, stash, cube maybe from a previous difficult.

My bad lol, it had been like 2 weeks i didnt play, was pretty sure i didnt, it was on stash, thanks =]
