A CE mod for D3? Does this look possible?  Probable?

at the moment, no

some years ago, they have written tah modding tools will be included, and it will run on their servers...

nothing in there...

and the game only runs with connection to blizzard, no real offline mode...

maybe there will be modding tools (as there are mpq files it should be possible)
but before any mod can appear, there needs to be an offline hack..or a server...
server wont be supported by those modding tool providers...
