Want activate Chaos Empire but it respond me that: "Missing txt file"   "Failed activation"  Yes i use new version

Which one? patch.txt? You can create an empty patch.txt and try agin.

That happens if you didn't do a patch of LoD before installing CE. So you're at LoD 1.07, where patch.txt is missing.
