Question about a few cube recipes

Well I've been trying to get the morph-item recipe to work.  One rare (bright yellow) amulet and one doll, right?

I guess it doesn't work for all the dolls, just the ones mentioned in the README + relatively few others?

i wanted to add it for all, but the game has a column restriction for the needed file...

btw it is possible to use the morph amulets on your hirelings, which I would HIGHLY APPRECIATE not trying on the realms. As urmel said the amulets possibly have a high impact on the servers, furthermore using the amulets on a hireling quite definitely kicks you from the game or worse - and there are already enough guys on the realm giving no d... s... about it even if you explain it in a polite manner :(
