Well there are two other recipes: 2upper + 2lower = 1 egg and
3upper + 3lower= 2 eggs.
Both recipes work, i tested them self.

ChaosEmpire:
actual 749e with addon 7489+(which is e+++) changes recipe to 1+1=1

Upper Eggshell + Lower Eggshell = Kinder Surprise

BCEM_CMEPb:
minimum 3 lower and uper....!!!
