if you deleted the plufgy delivered with ce, ce wont start any longer
so you may have had another plugy installed

Yeah I had a different PlugY from playing Median.

Yeah I had PlugY installed in a Median folder elsewhere, and it appears to be some kinda "global" PlugY I had, that affected all the D2 folders I had (and I didnt know it did, nor could I see it anywhere that it affected CE too)
