Making games locking up

Hey guys im long time player trying to make a game and keep getting frozen.  I can join already made games but can not create new ones.

Any one know whats happening

I get the same problem with my sorceress but i can't make and join

and with my assassin I get a D2 error

I was having a problem with my 93 pala and a friend's 95 sorc, cgs baal.  We both froze. What happened was neither of us that had a character that completed LR could make a cgs game or join one! Our POC and LR characters no problem .... until the server was reset.  We have been experiencing lag more than usual.

i had a few problems joining games and creating them a few days ago, but the server reset fixed that.
i have, however, had much more lag than usual in the last week or so. and some(more than 10+) insane lag spikes that lasted for several seconds that my game just stood still.
