Topic: Where to download?

So far, attempts to click to the Downloads page fail.  I hear the click sound that normally accompanies switching pages, but the page doesn't change.

nvm IE won't open it, but Firefox does? 
edit: Right click on the link and open in a new tab works under IE
edit: Deactivating CE works, but deinstall (which should be uninstall) does not.  The error message is in German so I'm stuck.  Proceeding on a copy of D2.CE.7.68 deactivated but not uninstalled.
edit: I haven't registered SHA?  WTF? This is Windows!  Bill Gates doesn't register with others, THEY are to conform to HIM.  Just ask him.  He's writing a new standard to re-define Europe.  Just you wait!
edit: Yes option (to send money) opens a European paypal that I, being a Yankee, can't use.  Maaaaan, when Bill Gates gets done with you...
