Gamble and Craft limits

Is there a short list of what items cannot be gambled?
Is there a list of items that cannot be created (crafted) with the "15 gems, doll, and base-item"?

Naturally, being able to create The Real Cow Leather, or the uberbelt, would be greatly appreciated.
If it isn't possible, knowing this would be greatly appriciated.

The uber items can´t be crafted or gambled.

But you have a little chance with level 97 and above to get a uber item with the charsi quest reward.

There was a rumor about gambling ubers with a lvl 100 char. Was/is this false?

yes this is atm false.
The highest level is 104 or 105 (at Level 100 Char) ubers are > 105.

I think in the version where the ubers was negativ, you can gambling them.

Is there a recap available for this version?  Since things have been tweaked one any and another, I'm not sure what is what...

Which monsters can drop which ubers?  (Include GubbelGubbels and Books of Wisdom in the Ubers grouping)

As far as i know, any monster wich have the right lvl can drop ubers, so nearly anyone from a1 catacombs lvl4 cgs and onwards.
The golden chests can also drop ubers.
Some special monsters can drop them even in lr.

The xp-items are special and only a handfull can drop them (or the chance is so low, that i never found one from normal enemies ::) ). I got some GubbelGubbel's from tristram bosses (lazarus, leo ...) and bow's from dg ancient dia and some versions ago from a5 dc (not sure if it is still possible).
The we dc also drops several GubbelGubbel's or bow's, not sure wich one.
