Changes in SP?

When playing Chaos,is there any differences in playing it in singleplayer? Just wondering.

Afaik only difference is the possibility to get the helping items from the download section.

One part of the helping items is the token to create the special teddy like in hardcore online playing.

The major aspects: quests, limits and rewards, the drops and gambling, items and sets, are all the same.

Everything Drow said and you get that shared stash in sp (which is so cool) but you never get to play with anyone else (unless you can find someone to tcp/ip) :(
