Delirium Runeword not working in Difficulty 'ComeGetSome'?

Confuse and Dim Vision do not work with Champions and Bosses (only with their minions) ;)

webwalker:
Confused minions will attack their own bosses, and will be attacked by them.

So a Nef rune in a ring, or a RW with Nef in it (or knockback in it) in the bow, in conjunction with Delerioum is beyond price or value.  Superb.

I just wish Diablo was 3D.
