Item bugged?

Regenerate Mana 50%

In game it does not give %, just says +27 and the % do not show in character stats window.   

Is this item bugged?  I thought it gave +% to absorb.

I will post a ingame screen shot if somebody will tell me how I can do it in this post.

Afaik absorb per charlevel is only possible with absolut values not percent values. It seems that there is not item bug but it seems to be a bug in the itemlist.

You can add a screenshot with the button under the normal reply windows, there you can add directly a picture to your post.

Ive found another item that is bugged, or so im quite sure.
Ive added this screenshot.

Ingame its http://www11.brinkster.com/jiglyj/Deaths%20Fathom.bmp I've tried loading the game and trying again for quite a few times, and its ALWAYS the same result as the one on my screenshot.

This is how its supposed to be:

Death's Fathom
Dimensional Shard
One-Hand Damage: 30 - 53
Durability: 50
Level Required: 73
3 to Sorceress Skill Levels
15 - 30% to Cold Skill Damage
20% Faster Cast Rate
Resist Fire 25% - 40%
Resist Lightning 25% - 40%
Color on char: Light Blue

I hope this will get corrected, or is it just this on my pc. Have anyone else tried the same ?

btw usually it's not the item that is bugged but the itemlist :D

The item is bugged, i've looked at both blizzard page and CEs site aswell. Its wrong with that item.

If you want i can email the picture to you, so that  you can see for yourself :)
