Gem Bag Problem!

Ok, I desperately need gem bags, and I just got into act 2.  Lysander doesn't have any gem bags to sell me, though!  He has the oil barrels, which I bought, but no gem bags!  Am I missing something here?  Could this have something to do with the fact that I didn't imbue my item from charsi or that I'm not sure how to complete quest 3 in act 1?

And Quest 3 in Act 1 is only possible after defeating Baal in Act 5. Look in the thread 7.65 Questinformations for further informations.

See, I thought that was what was with Quest 3....but I wans't sure.  Darnit, I need those gembags.  Oh well, I'll just work through it.  Is there any way I can get them from somebody who does have access to them or is that blocked?

if you did the ibume quest for Chrisa you probaly messed up the new quest.
Don't feel bad, done it myself the first time. the next ttime got kicked out of the mod before finishing the new quest.

bags can be bought from Gheed in act 1 by selecting trade then magic sub menu.  act III you get gems,barrels and body containers.  Dont feel bad about new quest, you didnt miss anything worth while, you can still go to the areas tho just no reward.

No, you're not typing invisible, lol.  I just can't get to act 3 yet, because I haven't beat act 2!  And I was hoping to get the gem bags sooner than that.  But I got them from gheed, after somebody in a game told me, so thanks for your help, guys!  I appreciate the effort!

you didn't mention at all that you recognized my post so i thought you didn't see it
anyway, why do you need them so badly if you are still in act2? :)

and as far as i can see from what you posted here you should still be able to finish the new quest... it has nothing to do with charsi...

Ok, that's cool then.  Well, I needed them by act 2 because I'm an awful packrat.  In life and in games.  So I've been keeping every gem I have, lol.

But that's cool that I should be able to do the new one.  I've never done that quest before.

And consider your post acknowledged!  I usually just have a racing mind and I forget to get to everything.

I don't suppose they make runebags, do they? lol

let you store (and they self upgrade gems to next higher tier) about 200 gems per bag.

a torch gives you afaik ~200 mf and better light radius for a certain time, just right-click on it :)

@ amit_b121 A good advice, put many if not most your efforts into the doll stash, it will do wonders for a Summon Necro.. it did for me :D  GL with it.
