thank you for this, makes life a lot easier for sp-player (i wont comment on the cheat part of the package, because ist up to everyone if its gonna be used or not).

one quick question. at some point u said that the number of stats on the teddy is limited. does cubing it with the "lifesaving - stats" mean that cubing any teddy skills (with tha act 4q2 dolls) onto it causing the teddy to make the char unstable? or is there enough space to cube at least 3 (i cant remember how many skills where safe at most) oskills?

max stats is 15 inluding hidden ones..also naing is one..so 3-5 should be sfe..but after3 backupyour character...

I have a question? I dont play SP to much, but sometimes I do when server is lagging or down. If I download this cheat thing for SP, will it effect my game and characters in the Online acct ? Because of the Anti-Cheat that is part of CE mod!!
I ask because I assume it has to be loaded into the Diablo II program folder.

No it don´t effect playing on the realm, because it is a char with these items which you have to can use in singleplayer and put these items into your shared stash.

You unzip this file into your savegame folder (e.g. C:\Programme\Diablo2\save\CE-MOD) and choose those chars when you start the game.

Put the items into the shared stash and leave the game.

Now you can get those items with any char ingame from the shared stash pages.

you have to cube the crafted charm with the teddy before you personalize the teddy with a  horadric scroll or it won't work.

if u are introducing those type of items into SP how about a CHARM(s) that increases RESIST a Great deal as a quest drop in NIGHTMARE to be used in HELL games with an item lvl of say 80-85

To beat the Resists challenge, try:
1: Gamble the Bartuc set... it's already there... OK, your resists caps are now 95/all
2: Gamble the Diva set... it's already there too... OK
3: Upgrade the breatplate to a Great Hauberk (or gamble a +2 skills brestplate to do this), put 4 sockets in the hauberk, and put in 4 Um runes.
    Put 2 sockets in the helm, put in two Um runes.
    Socket the Diva ammy, put in an Um rune.  So far that's 105% resistance to all PLUS the resists on the Diva and Bartuc sets, which
        are rather good on resists to begin with.
4: Gamble the shield type of your choice, put in 2 sockets and the Loyalty rune word for another 100% resistance to all, or gamble the
        Crest of Avalon, upgrade to Monarch, put in 4 sockets, and 4 Um runes. for 60% resistance to all plus what's on the Crest itself. 
        Also you pick up 50% damage reduction (resistance to physical)
5: Gamble a plated belt with good resists (max is 30% resists in 3 categories), put in the Blood rune word (for more damage reduction).
6: Put the rune word Humility in a 4-socket armor and put that on your merc. That's worth about 60% resistance to all from the Salvation aura.
7: When you get to level 93 and can equip the soul stones, resists are a worry of the past.  Of course they were 'a worry of the past' about step 4 above.

You now have better than 95% resists in hell/cgs (meaning you can basically ignore Lower Resists or Conviction from monsters, but not both simultaneously).  As you come across resists jewels, put them in the Diva rings.
