Minor nit: "souls" become dolls, "soul stones" are unique small charms; see Itemlist page for details.

Souls?  I haven't found a use for mine... Oh, you mean in-game... I only know of making dolls of them.

I think that's "random rune".

I don't usually have 36 spare squares of space to generate an El rune, so I'll pass.
I'll find a heart, which makes *any* rune, before I find 10 scrolls.

how about disabling downgrade of runes..so EL will be much more worth than zod...

and the 10scolls one rune recipe is only, to give the scrolls any sense

Only certain monsters drop scrolls and those monsters drop them as readily in PoC as they do in CGS, so it doesn't make sense for them to be worth very much.

10 scrolls --> one random rune
is at least useful when starting out.

If something else is needed, maybe:
1 rune + scroll --> next lower rune
X scrolls --> random oil
X scrolls --> random body part
X scrolls --> random gem
right click scroll to get +1 all skills for 2 minutes

How about cube the scrolls into something (maybe a recolored tome of town portal/identify or tome of Lam Esam) that can be transmuted into a Book of Wisdom after enough scrolls?
Tome of Town Portal + Tome of Identify + Mysterious Book --> Compendium of Chaos(0 scrolls inserted)
Compendium of Chaos(X scrolls inserted) + Scroll of Wisdom --> Compendium of Chaos(X+1 scrolls inserted)
Compendium of Chaos(250 scrolls inserted) + torch + brain --> Book of Wisdom

Or maybe a Tome of Knowledge that goes in the inventory (a charm) and gives bonuses to energy, skills levels, +% elemental damage, or -% enemy resistance.

Did not you know CE was a collection game, save everything, because CE will use it some time in the future.

Thats why the stash pages are larger in SP3.   LOL
The larger pages did startled me when I first saw them. Now I know Why.

Zod is used in more places than El, and cubing El until you have a rune used more than Zod (Um) would take longer than the ladder could possibly run... that's a few billion Els to make an Um.  So, I think, Zod will always be more useful than El.  I also think Enzo and Caruso will be more useful than Zod, at least they're more useful to you!

I like the notion of RightClick on a Mysterious Scroll act like a activating a Skill shrine.  Having it act like a random shrine... what if you get Fire Shrine?
Could they act like a "resistance to all" shrine?

"scroll of wisdom" should be "mysterious scroll", but other than that I like the ideas!

Just so long as he doesn't give Pit Fiends and such a Leap Attack, or give Oblivion Knights "raise skeletal warrior" or "revive" ability on dead Abyss Knights like Fallen Shamen do to Fallen...  *brrr*

HECK!

This old dummy is having enoungh trouble trying to remember the
difference between souls and soul stones, which I have yet to se.

Just started to use the puppet box with the souls.

Up to +21 posin, +2 Find and -1 resistance.
The first two, using less than 20 souls. HA HA Just lucky.
Ten Mystreous scrolls to make a nice rune, too.

Now I'm debating with my self, about using a black key from
the stash or realy going for the quest item.

Yep, by now you sure know I'm a collector.

I have to collect everything. I have not a working printer, you see.
All these new fangled printers crap out after the wife uses them for a few mounths.
Pluss the ink keeps me broke.

Wish I could get the old dot matrix fixed. Cheap to run.

Keep giving CE Ideas. The more the better.
Maybe Blizard will come around sucking up to him. 
 
 

Yes I'm all for the CE Mod.

I like the new uses for the M Scrolls.

It hell trying to rember all the uses for everything.
Memory has gone the way of my teeth and hair.

spawning oblivion knights..with little pit fiends as minions...each one gets 2 dogs...
so chaos sanctuary will get a little bit more the way of hell...
and surely..each one can cast something bad...

Not completely sure if this was a thread for the puppetbox or what.. but it seems to me it somehow grows both "big" and by useing "wrong dolls" it grows smaller again.. could it be right ive read somewhere that, when you fill it up >if its possible< your character will get the fade option.

Question goes: ive now put more than 3.000 dolls into that fine lil box.. so how many is needed ? or have i been fooled and just tossing all my time into a black hole of a box ? hehe

the fading thing will happen if the doll stash is full, that is at 16000 dolls so you got a lot of work to do if you wanna get there^^

and no this isn't the thread for the doll stash but how hard is it to figure that out? oO

btw the doll stash doesn't grow at all, but by putting in some dolls it is possible to decrease some stats, but others will be increased instead

hehe thanks for the info.. and yea sorrry for writing this msg in the wrong thread... It just seemed right at the time because i just searched for puppetstash and it came up with this one, as the only one for this info.. Tho im aware that its called a doll stash in here instead..
