Perhaps the problem you ran into is similar to a known trouble that is more easily attainable now:

There is an absolute limit of (just under) 8KB of data per character.  Whenever you Save & Exit, your character (up to the 8KB limit) gets saved, data past that is simply lost. Which material gets lost is *usually* the last stuff gained, but there are no guarantees known to me.

Since the cube is huge, the inventory is huge, and the stash is bigger than huge, the 8KB limit is easy to hit, far easier with 7.65 (original or any SP) than before.

As a safety, make sure your cube stays empty before save & exit.

currently short before limit are only 2 characters (update each 4 hours)

Why are your character files world-writable?

If your character files are not executable,  :death: does that meant they can't be killed? :giljotiini: even in HC? ^^
