CE 7.63 Bug -> pls help :)

as you already said you deactivated the mod before updating

Unzipping and over-writing the files from 7.63 with the mod de-activated works as well as dringing a bottle of beer-without opening it.
The .zip file full of files *must* be installed over the *activated* mod.  (*open* beer, *then* drink).

I have done that already and gues what ->the game.exe corrupted error

did you try a full re-installation

in most unsolved cases this is the solution :)
