Assasin skills

hello all first post YAY
must say wicked mod for a long living game
I have a lev 21 Assasin and not to sure where to pump the skills into. What have other people done whith her skills ??

Try starting a new game with the parameter -act5, then start a new character and she'll be level 95. Then you can experiment for yourself and see what gives good damage.

2. You can play a Trap Assasin with Lighting.
    You can play a WW Assasin with Wlirthwind.
    You can play a phönix-Assasin.
    You can play a Ninja-Assasin with Venom.

Trapassassin: Fireblast+Lighting Sentry (and all synergies) + standard defensiv skills like mindblast/cloak of shadow/ a master
Whirlwind-Assassin (my favorite): Venom, Clawmastery, Weaponblocker, Bladeshiel as basis and other skills which are usefull (Claws of Thunder+Synergie, Fade, Death Sentry, Dragonclaw and so on, depens on how you would like to play)
Phoenixassassin: phoenix, claws of thunder, blades of ice, fists of fire, clawmastery, dragonclaw, weaponblocker and other skills you like to add
Kicksin: Tigerstrike, Dragontail(right name?, this kick with firesplash), clawmastery and all the other skills which are useful, just like lightingtraps for example (works great)
Ninja: blade sentinel, blade fury, blade shield, venom, clawmastery and other useful skills (traps are nice for this build)
PSY-Trapsin: psy-hammer, cloak of shadows, mindblast and all lighting traps
PSY-WW: psy-hammer, cloak of shadows, mindblast, clawmastery, venom and other usefull skills (weaponblocker/fade)
Sniper: Crossbowmastery, venom and what you wanna add (traps work fine with it)

The list would go and on and on and on...

The assa is a character in CE which can only be described as a hybrid-character, because you choose on base-build for example PSY (psy-hammer, cloak of shadows and mindblast) and combine it with what you want. There is no uber-build for her.

You may come up with an idea and tell it and we may help you with certain hints out of our experience :)

But i have to say that there is a difference to watch your assassin grow and to learn how to play with her and starting from level95. You can have a look at the damage and which skills are able to max out but you can not realize her strength if you can take my meaning.

Aleksa I totaly agree with you plus the lev 95 still feals wrong (like a cheat) and in dead against them Im thinking of going with the traps and blades

the -act5 is only a help to see in a better way, if you will be able to skill...
no lvl95 in normal will help you to test the build..

Another view of the -act5 method to create a level 95 charcter: it lets you test and re-test different combinations of skill point distributions.  Some things look better on paper than in reality.  (In theory, if the theory is correct, then theory and practice are basically the same.  Reality laughs its head off at such nonsense.)  So create a lvl95 char, distribute skill points *this* way, test, create another with skills arranged *that* way, test, and make up your mind how to distribute points with your *real* character. This is not a cheat, it's a test-bed,  and can be deleted when the test is done.  These test-bed characters can share the same equipment from the shared stash, so that the equipment does not mask problems with the skill set.
