So what is this doll, i guess it's pretty rare and must have cube recipe or something like that since its the only one i have seen and got it from hf.  So what does it do?

battle.net admin has no special function as far as we know, although chaos mentioned that ALL hellforge quest toys would have any function but nobody knows of any special one yet
