Babelfish Translator

Hi

I implemented the website translator tool from babelfish.
you will find it at bottom of each site

there is one issue. cause the forum will run in a frame of babelfish, you are logged out of the forum, so you need to relogin, and go back to topic
also, you should not try to retranslate a translated page, it will give you many funny wordings :)
