soooo i collected like 2 pages full of dolls before and have no clue what to do with them...

Go to the graveyard and enter the krypta. There you can find a dollstash. Cube the dolls with it and you will get new skills (but you cannot get your dolls back).

"two pages" of dolls indicates you're playing in Single Player mode.  I've never had the doll stash drop for me in single-player mode in the crypt.

HOWEVER if you take Wirts Leg and cube it with two Horadric Scrolls, you create a "puppenkeist".

You then cube all the dolls (one at a time) except for Moderator, Ghost, and Suicide Minion dolls, into this stash.  As you add each doll you may gain a new skill or attribute.  With three dolls inserted you get "Find Potion" (normally a Barb skill) which you can use on all corpses (keeping Shamen from reviving them or Nihlathak from exploding them) to supply yourself with all the Full Rejuves you'll ever need, and a few pages of "soul"s.  Each soul will cube into a doll, which you can then cube into your puppenkeist.  You can get MANY skills and bonuses from a well-filled puppenkeist.

no in the dark wood you will find it.

If you go to DarkWood you will NOT find the Big Tree that drops the scroll of inifuss, instead you'll find a circle of shrines and corpses of Wirt, and Rakenishu guarding it all.    Kill Rakenishu, kick a corpse, pick up a leg, add two horadric scrolls and *poof* you have your puppenkeist.

Put your puppenkeist and 1 doll in the horadric cube, transmute, and repeat.  After 3 dolls you gain "+1 to find potion".  After some higher number (about 35) you gain +2 to find potion.  After about 67 you gain +1 to lower resists (very usefull skill!).

Keep adding dolls and you keep gaining abilities.

Got the leg & tried to morph it as you said.no doll stash, oops !

Went to the crypt, whacked and stacked for a minute.

One guess. Yep got the doll stash.

Tried the leg thing twice with ladder amazon.

Was this online or single play?

Per my experience, online, you go to the crypt, kill the Main Bad Guy, and he drops (about) 6 of them.
Per my experience, single-play (at home) you get the leg & two Horadric Scrolls and cube one of them.

I had cubed 78 dolls before Teddy received its first skill (resist), speaking of Dolls were is bdpf?

I'd reckon you received +1 and +2 to find potion before then, those are skills...

And I got +1 to Lower Rests at 112 dolls, so when you get it varies.

But you get it.  And many others.
