A "Book of Wisdom" is an item that gives the character that right-clicks on it 5 million experience, the same as if they drank 10000 "elixer"s.  This will make a level 1 character about level 30.  It won't affect a level 96 character at all.

How to get them?  Do Hell-Forge runs until you get a set of dolls, one for each character class.  Cube the 7 dolls and you get 3 books of wisdom.

it surely has effect to high lvl char, cause the experience is not affected by the divisor..so you get the complete exp...

Since it takes about 1/2 billion exp to go from level 96 to 97, the 5 million exp of a BoW is "nothing"  (1% actually).
