Title: Hellfire torch have bug?

first, sorry about that my stupid english.
cause I'm Korean. so i cannot speak english well.

i get "Hellfire torch large charm" in ver7.61.(non-ladder)
I'm very happy to that.
but i cannet see my quick skill bar with "S"key.
if i press "S" key, diablo was off.

I saw notice, "Features 7.60f - Fixed the issue with chaged Hellfire torch".
but i still have problem with hellfire torch.
bugs was not patch yet?


..It's dificult that write english..  :(

it wasn't patched yet, ChaosEnergy said it was patched in LoD 1.11, but a Chaos empire mod in 1.11 is buggy (it was tested in singleplayer, see CE 8.0alpha thread in bugreports)


edit: sorry, i didnt see the whole thread was in german ;)
