Title: Two questions

Firstly: How in the name of sam hill are sorcs supose to get max block? Maybe i'm completely missing something, but it seems impossible without resorting to unmanagable amounts of Dexterity.

Secondly: Is the onsite list of runewords complete? Because it looks like it may be missing atleast a few runewords.

As a Sorc you should try to get a good rare shield with high base block and put in a rune word with +% block chance. You can also get additional block chance with other items.
There's also a unique Tower Shield and a unique Scutum (see unique item list) with +1 Holy Shield as "oskill". You can put that in the 2nd weapon slot to (re-)cast Holy Shield once in a while.

Yes  I would defintly get an item that gives Holy Shield.  It's invaluble.  Also Energy Shield works well if you put alot points into.   The more point the better the conversion of  damage to mana.
