I need a guide for the best sorc that u can make in ce.

In Short:
Use Drunken Fury for Lightning Fury
Use Sting RW oder Bow Beeswarm for Multishot
Max Enchant +Synergy
Max Lightning Mastery
Max Orb+Synergy or Max EneShield and telekinesis

Use Equip with lots of +Skills ( Best is Ãœber Stuff).
But even without this you'll do best Dam in Game.

there is no "best" sorc
there is only the sorc that u want to play cause u like the build or the sorc u want to play cause she deales the highest dmg (about 300+k with multishot, adn around 30+k with bu)

u also could use blessing of osiris (javelin) instead of using drunken fury
